Q: What is your lead time?
• Most items takes around 3-7 business days for production. Mass production would takes a little longer, please contact us before placing order.

Q: What is your price and MOQ?
• There is NO Minimum quantity requirement. Only our member can check the price, please apply wholesaler or dropshipper account here.

Q: Can the price be lowered?
• The price is already the wholesale price, but you could still enjoy discount according your total purchase amount, please check the discount policy.

Q: What about your shipping?
• 2 Shipping methods are providing to you.
• Standard Air Mail Shipping(E-parcel, SF parcel, DHL parcel and other equivalent shipping agents), it takes 5-12 business days shipping to US,UK,AU,CA and 20 business days to other countries, cost starts from US$3.5.
• Urgent Express Shipping(DHL) , which takes 2-4 business days shipping to worldwide. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and starts from US$18.5.

Q: Can I customize gift box?
• Sure you can, but you need to order each style of the gift box for more than 500 pieces and you need to prepay the cost and provide design.

• You can return new, unopened jewelry sold by us within 60 days of delivery.
